Shipping & Returns
Expect dispatch to occur 1-5 business days after placing your order. Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier. Fluffy Bums uses Australia Post, Courier's Please and Fastway to ship products.
Flat rate shipping of $9.95 applies to all orders in Australia, with free shipping offered to orders of $199 or greater. Express Post is available at a flat rate of $15, Australia wide.
Standard delivery times are estimated to be 1-7 business days from the time of dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier.
Express items are packed the same or next business day after ordered. Expect delivery 1-3 business days after dispatch - remote areas may take longer.
International Shipping rates vary based on location. Rates will be calculated and applied upon checkout. Taxes and duties are not included and may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information contact your local customs office directly.
All orders are shipped with tracking. Your will receive a confirmation email displaying your tracking information once the order is shipped. To inquire about delays or tracking please contact the courier company directly and quote your tracking number.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days so that we can assist you. Fluffy Bums is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by shipping companies - please retain your original packaging and tracking number to lodge a claim with the courier directly.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, unworn. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is no error made by Fluffy Bums and it is simply a return due to 'change of mind' you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
A 20% processing fee will be deducted from cancelled or refunded orders due to 'change of mind'.

~ Washed or used products (including nappies - due to hygiene reasons)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
~ Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
~ Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved your refund will then be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially received.
Next contact your bank.
If you checked out using a third party (i.e. PayPal or Afterpay) please check with them in regards to refunds also.
There is often some processing time before a refund is received.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.**
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
